Our methodology
An alliance between science, technology and clinical expertise for real and measurable impact on workplace mental health.
Science and field practice: an alliance at the heart of our method
The methodology developed by Moodwork combines a scientific vision with field-level concerns. It is delivered through three components, available via a dedicated platform.
The core of the Moodwork experience lies in the notion of balance, one of the pillars of workplace well-being. Building on the Job Demand-Resource model developed by researchers Bakker and Demerouti, Moodwork enables its users to acquire resources to handle the demands they face.

Balance at the heart of well-being
The Job Demand-Resource (JD-R) model by Bakker and Demerouti shows that balance between professional resources and demands is fundamental to workplace well-being. Moodwork uses this model to help each individual develop their resources to face the challenges they encounter.
The three components of the Moodwork Platform
A complete triptych to support every employee on their well-being journey.
Self-assessment of risk and protection factors
Based on a validated and published psychometric scale, individuals become aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Grounded in real life, this questionnaire captures a wide range of factors influencing workplace well-being.
Awareness and training
Following the well-being assessment or through individual exploration, several hundred resources are available to support individuals and help them increase their resources or reduce their demands.
Individual support
In some cases, support from a psychologist is essential. Moodwork offers individual and confidential support to anyone who needs it, on a wide range of topics.
Research centre
These three platform components form a triptych grounded in the scientific foundations of psychology to ensure a high quality of support. All available content and professionals are regularly verified and updated.
