Our process

Rigorous selection

Less than 15% of applications are accepted. Each psychologist goes through several validation steps before joining the Moodwork network.

Our practitioners: psychologists, social workers, and coaches, are selected through a rigorous process based on expertise, qualifications, and shared values. All psychologists and social workers are fully licensed, and our coaches hold recognized certifications.

Diverse expertise

Our network's expertise covers a wide range of work-related topics, whether the impact of work on personal life or, conversely, the influence of personal life on work. All our practitioners are trained on workplace difficulties and suffering and systematically integrate these issues into their support, including clinical psychologists.

Responsiveness and coordination

Used to remote support, our practitioners offer appointments with great responsiveness, generally within 48 hours. They work autonomously while collaborating closely, to guarantee, when relevant, coordinated multi-support pathways tailored to each person's needs.

Consultations are offered exclusively remotely (video, phone, chat) by professionals specialised in this form of remote support.

Our selection criteria

Education & qualifications

Master's (5 years) in clinical or occupational psychology minimum. State diploma recognised by the RPPS. Mandatory continuous training.

Clinical expertise

Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in one-to-one support. Mastery of CBT, ACT, systemic approaches depending on speciality.

Human values

Empathy, kindness and active listening verified through in-depth interviews. Alignment with Moodwork values.

Strict ethics

Strict compliance with the psychologists' code of ethics. Regular supervision and absolute confidentiality commitment.
