Article 1 – Legal framework and CNIL declaration
Moodwork undertakes not to disclose any personal information related to the use of the platform. The user database has been declared to the CNIL (the French data protection authority) in accordance with French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. Data collection complies with "simplified standard No. 48".

Article 3 – Data processing and protection
The personal data collected (forms, questionnaires, well-being data) is used exclusively to provide the service. No personally identifiable data will be shared with the employer. Anonymised and aggregated reports may be provided.

Purposes of processing:
- Analysis of employee well-being
- Analysis of occupational burnout
- Well-being programmes (stress management, assertiveness, positive affect, over-investment)
- Recording of prospect contacts
GDPR compliance (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Article 4 – Retention and security
Data is stored on Moodwork's own servers and on the AWS France infrastructure (several French servers). Its confidentiality, security and integrity are guaranteed.
Article 5 – Security of transmissions
Exchanges are protected by the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layers). Any attempt at unauthorised access constitutes an offence under Articles 323-1 to 323-7 of the French Criminal Code.
Article 6 – Personalisation of communications
The data collected makes it possible to improve communication and to personalise the newsletters the user has subscribed to.
Article 7 – Cookies
Cookies are placed on the user's device. They contain no personal information and are used for traffic statistics. Retention period: 14 days. Users may refuse cookies via their browser settings, which may, however, limit certain features of the site.
Article 8 – Aggregated data
Moodwork reserves the right to collect aggregated and non-identifiable data for statistical and analytical purposes.
