Context
AXA wanted to run a workplace well-being assessment while building a coherent overall programme. It was important to find a multidisciplinary and accessible solution, complementing existing well-being initiatives.
Objectives
- Empower employees to take ownership of their workplace well-being
- Support the running of a well-being assessment
- Offer simple, direct interactions with psychologists
- Convince the executive committee that the solution would actually be used
Results
A real plus for supporting employees on psychosocial risk and well-being matters. The solution was also reinvented during the Covid-19 crisis. The launch went very well: 70% of employees downloaded and completed an assessment within the first month.
